Cartrack Concrete Pump

The Cartrack P6 and P7 are concrete pumps installed on an axle with a crawler undercarriage to optimize jobsite mobility. Their crawler chassis means the concrete pumps can move across the jobsite without pause, even in muddy conditions. These models can be installed on trucks and wheels as well. The Cartrack boosts productivity in continuous flight augering, drilling, tunneling and standard jobsite construction by pumping 104 to 144 cubic yards per hour (80 to 110 cubic meters per hour) and 14,504 psi (100 bar) at the outlet.

Cartrack concrete pumps include Mecbo’s patented PULSAR pump system. It reduces maintenance, prevents concrete gaps while flowing through the boom, minimizes surging and ensures smooth pouring. The unique “S” valve rotation eliminates pressure fluctuations and extends the product life of the pump. Energy consumption is reduced by 30-40% compared to other concrete pumps.
